Our process
How your made-to-measure curtains come together, step by step.
It starts with a consultation, where we talk through your needs, preferences and budget for your curtains.
We visit your home to take precise measurements of the windows where the curtains will be installed, and assess the style of your space — including the existing décor and architectural features — so your curtains complement the overall design.
Once the measurements are taken, we help you select the fabric for your custom curtains, considering colour, pattern, texture and durability, along with the function and look you want to achieve.
Next, we discuss any additional design details or customisations, such as the heading style (e.g. pleated, eyelet or rod pocket), lining options (e.g. blackout or thermal) and decorative elements (e.g. trims, tassels and tiebacks).
Based on your specifications, we provide a quotation for your custom-made curtains, including fabric costs, labour and any additional materials or services. Once you approve the quote, production can begin.
Your curtains are custom-made to the measurements and design details we discussed. This may involve cutting the fabric to size, sewing and assembling the curtain panels, attaching linings and other elements, and adding any decorative finishes.
Before delivery or installation, your curtains undergo quality control checks to make sure they meet the specified measurements, design requirements and quality standards.
Once your curtains are ready, they can be delivered to your home or installed by professionals, depending on what we’ve arranged with you. Installation may involve mounting curtain rods or tracks and hanging the curtains to the measurements and design specifications.
